This week we made improvements and implemented new functionalitites in MRM, Email, Media Outreach Response analytics, marketing management workflows, and more.
MRM and PR Email
Added spam filter in media response section in the MRM and Email recipients filter. Now, PR professionals can easily see who has not seen or marked their outreach as spam to decide on reengagement strategies.
PR Analytics
Added analytics table to Media Outreach Response dashboard table with data on press releases, number of publications, authors, media, media tier, tone of voice, date of publication, and links to the publications.
Users can drag and drop the name of every column and analyze the aggregate results, according to the chosen criterion.
Added icon in the email campaigns table that redirects on the grid table on Media Outreach Response dashboard.
PR and marketing process management
Modified projects and campaigns management to allow campaigns to have same start and launch dates. This will improve flexibility to allow users to immediately start work and launch a campaign at the same day.
PR Email editor
Added confirmation modal on send button click and show notification after the email campaign has been sent.
Multiple UI and user experience improvements.
