Email tasks

With Nippy Email you can engage contacts from Partner CRM for Partner Events or Partner Campaigns.

As creating an email requires an email task, we have added two new tags in the Email Task form: Partner event and Partner campaign. If you are creating email for recipients in Partner CRM, you must select one of the two or both tags. If you select Partner Event and/or Campaign, you cannot select tags for Media recipients. Users cannot choose tags for both PARTNERS and MEDIA.

CRM Email

We have added the Partner CRM to the Email module and now you can engage clients and partners with emails for events or campaigns.

When you choose your recipients in Nippy Email, at the top of the recipients selector you will see a dropdown menu with the two databases: Media and Partners. Select any of these to add your recipients.

Furthermore, we added filters segments for partners in recipients. You can create any number of Partner segments, save and edit them and load them instantly as your recipients in Nippy Email.

Campaigns management

We added the option to create a campaign Client budget by adding the total of the client budgets in the projects under the campaign.

Just click the Calculate the total client budget for the campaign icon and their total sum will be imported instead of the manually set for the campaign Client budget. You can always revert to the previous amount.
