Marketing investment
Marketing investment is the sum of total costs made for a specific period. In Nippy these are shown in total, for a specific period, and according to programs and goals.
Cost of operations
Cost of Operations is is the sum of the work costs for all team members. A team member's work costs are calculated as the multiple of actual effort in hours and the cost per hour.
CO=∑i=1;n (TMi*CHi)
Where CO is cost of operations, TM is team members, CH is cost per hour for this team member.
For example, if a task required actual effort of 4 hours to complete and the cost per hour set in settings for this team member is €50 , theirs CO=4*50=200
