My Resources
The My resources semi-pie on the left shows the available capacity in number of hours and % of all capacity.
PUR%=PBH/PAH*100
Where Personal Utilization Rate (PUR) is the % of Personal Booked Hours (PBH) of the Personal Available Hours (PAH).
PBH are the sum of all booked capacity in hours for the specified period.
PAH=∑i=1;n (Personal gross hours per day - 1 - 20%)i
Where PAH equals the sum of the gross hours for the specified period minus one hour per day minus 20%. Work time in hours per day is discounted with 20% for ad-hoc activities and closer to the reality estimation of available resources. You can specify your gross hours per day in your settings.
The My utilization rate line chart on the right shows the personal utilization rate. If the utilization rate is below 100%, there is room for utilizaing resources and if higher than 100%, it means that there is lack of capacity.
The semi pie chart on the left shows the available resources after deducting the booked resources for the specified period.
Team resources
The My team resources semi-pie on the left shows the available capacity in number of hours and % of all capacity.
TUR%=TBH/TAH*100
Where Team Utilization Rate (TUR) is the % of Team Booked Hours (TBH) of the Team Available Hours (PAH).
TBH is the sum of all booked capacity for active activities for the team in hours for the specified period. TAH calculated as the sum of the PAH for each team member per day for the specified period as different team members can have different gross hours per day.
The My team utilization rate line chart on the right shows the utilization rate for the whole marketing team. If the utilization rate is below 100%, there is room for utilizaing resources and if higher than 100%, it means that there is lack of capacity.
Utilization rate calendar
Utilization calendar shows the capacity utilization rates in % for the active activities of the whole team and for each team member. You can choose any period or date in the future to ensure that there is snough execution capacity.
