How to create and manage your Nippy subscriptions
With Nippy you can choose from three different complimentary plans: Nippy Process, Nippy Integrate, and Nippy Agency. Organizations can purchase different Nippy products to build combinations that best fit their organizational and departmental structure. More information on the Nippy plans you can find here.

Create subscriptions in Nippy
With your first Nippy login, you have created a subscription with minimum trial period of two weeks. When the trial period expires, you can continue with your initial choice of Nippy version or choose another version by adding a payment method. You could also choose to change your Nippy plan, or add additional Nippy plans to your subscription.
You are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins with your first login.
How to add a subscription in Nippy:
- Go to Settings->Subscription
- If you want to continue with your trial period choice, you need to add a payment method. Your payment method will be charged automatically after the trial period and your subscription will be activated.
- If you want to change your trial period choice or add additional Nippy plans or change the subscription period, choose the Nippy versions you would like to add to your subcription, the number of subscriptions and the subscription period (monthly or yearly).
- Click Purchase (you will be led to your customer portal).
- Check your country and change it manually if not correct. Your taxes will be determined automatically on the basis of your location. By default, Nippy will detect your country using your IP address.
- Add your company information and tax ID.
- Add payment method. If you need another payment method from the ones offered to you in the portal, contact us on billing@nippymarketer.ai
Assign subscriptions to team members
If you have purchased more than one subscription, you assign the additional subscriptions to your team members.
- Go to Settings->Manage licenses
- You will see a list of your team members. (See how to add a team member).
- Choose the available subscription that you want to assign to each team member form the dropdown.
- Confirm your choice in the prompt message.
Modify a subscription
You can add or remove products and number of licenses from your subscription.
1. Go to Settings/Subscriptions. Under Current Plan, you will see the types and number of products included in your current subscription.

2. If you want to add new product, click on its name. If you want to add additional number of product licenses, choose the number of licenses under the name of the product. Before you confirm your selection, you will see the new subscription configuration under New plan and under Subtotal the new monthly or yearly payment amount.
3. Click to the Change your subscription button.
Don't forget to assign the new license to the corresponding team member in Licenses.

Cancel a subscription
You can cancel your subscription in your customer portal. After cancelling your subscription you can continue using Nippy until the end of your current billing period.
- Go to Settings -> Subscriptions
- Click on the Customer portal link at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to approve redirection to an external page. Your customer portal will open in a new tab.
- On the right there is a button Cancel subscription.

How to access your customer portal
Nippy customers have access to a customer portal, where they can cancel your subscription, update billing and shipping address, update your payment method, and download your invoices.
To access your portal, go to Settings->Subscriptions. The Customer portal button is at the bottom of the page. When clicked you will be led to external page.

View and download your invoices
You can view and donwload your invoices in your Customer portal.
To access your portal, go to Settings->Subscriptions. The Customer portal button is at the bottom of the page. When clicked you will be led to external page.
At the botton of your screen you can view and download your invoices.
