New in Nippy – Planning Effectiveness analytics, Campaign Creator, Templates, Smart Algorithms, Performance

Campaign Creator

Redesigned Campaign Creator and improved user experience:

• Updated UI of the sidebar and main canvas in creator.
• Added two groups Campaign elements (Completed projects list), Project templates group (List with project templates).
• Updated remove project behavior: it no longer deletes the project, it just unassigns it from the campaign.
• When a loaded campaign contains completed projects, they are marked with an icon, and the edit/remove icons are hidden. Completed projects cannot be modified.
• When a user adds a completed project to a campaign, a draft version of the project is shown. If the user removes this project, it becomes visible again in the sidebar. 

GRID

• Improved task ordering in the GRID. Now all drag and drops of tasks consistently changes the tasks order in all Nippy and Project forms.

• Added new colored tags in status column in grid (active, in progress, paused, draft, completed).

Nippy Templates

• Improvement when adding a campaign template without project or program to Marketing plan. Now Nippy assigns templates automatically to Others program.
• Fixed workflow when previously adding a campaign template to a plan created active campaign. Now adding a campaign template to a marketing plan creates a draft of the campaign.
• Improved campaign template creation. Previously, the completed projects and tasks were marked completed and active. Now, they are not marked with status.
• Fixed bug when creating a campaign template not copying the checklist items in tasks.
• Fixed task template update bug, where when user updates a Campaign template, they see error.

Nippy Smart Algorithms

Updated the Ongoing project algorithms with more sophisticated behavior. More on how Nippy Smart Algorithms work here.

Planning effectiveness analytics

• Split Planning effectiveness dashboard in two separate dashboards - Planning Effectiveness Finance and Planning Effectiveness Effort.
• Added additional metrics and charts with data on top 10 budget vs. actual costs and planned vs, actual effort for campaigns and projects in Planning Effectiveness Finance and Effort dashboards.
• Added drag and drop grid analysis table in the Planning Effectiveness Effort dashboard.Fixed bug with select Campaign/Project in Planning effectiveness budget spline.

Performance improvements

• Improved speed and performance for My emails page.
• Improved speed and performance for Plan view page.
• Improved speed and performance for My media outreach page.

Multiple UI and user experience improvements.
